* SHIPPING METHODS:

We use FedEx or postal service and they provide the following shipping services:

Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and Standard Shipping

* ITEM AVAILABILITY & ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Most qualified online orders (especially rush orders) will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We don't guarantee same day shipping. A tracking number will be sent by email after the shipment. The inventory is changing every moment while selling. The online store availability updating is not able to catch up with the pace of inventory changing of some items sometimes. We don't guarantee every item in our store to be in stock or available. If any item in your order happens to be unavailable or out of stock, you will be informed either by phone or by email. It is strongly recommended to call us to confirm the availability and shipping date of your online placed order if your order has sensitive items or urgent delivery deadline.

* TRANSIT TIME:

Within 48 continental states, Ground takes up to 5 working days for the delivery, 3 Day takes 3 working days, 2nd Day Air takes 2 working days and Next Day Air will deliver by the next business day.

The exact delivery time is subject to the terms and conditions of shipping carrier. Both UPS and FedEx counts the first working day as the working day following the package pickup day, not the day the package is picked up. For example, the package is picked up on Monday, the first working day will be Tuesday.

The above transit time to Alaska and Hawaii is subject to change depending on the specific zip code.

Standard Shipping takes around 5-10 working days to deliver without shipping time guarantee or package tracking service. This service is not recommended if you need to receive your order by a sure date.

* RUSH ORDERS:

If you have a rush order, you may contact us at 1-626-336-8838 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST, Mon.~Fri. to confirm the shipping date, shipping method and delivery date. Our customer service will be very happy to assist you. We don't guarantee same day shipping.

* The SHIPPING charge amount in the order form = SHIPPING FEE + HANDLING FEE. See under for the details of shipping fee and handling fee.

* SHIPPING FEE:

The Shipping is pre-calculated based on weight, dimension weight, distance and delivery time, other possible shipping fees also have to be considered such as address correction fee, fuel surcharge, special delivery cost and etc., we cannot guarantee that the pre-calculated shipping charges will be exactly the same as the shipping carrier is going to charge eventually. Please do not place your order unless you confirm the pre-calculated shipping and handling charges.

Tan's Club reserves the right to use an alternate shipping carrier which offers the same level service other than the one you have chosen if necessary.

* HANDLING FEE:

Tan's Club is a wholesale warehouse website. To keep providing the super low wholesale warehouse prices, waiving the minimum quantity, assuring timely order processing and offering essential live people customer service, handling fee is required as under: $5.00 per order per shipment if shipped by Ground or Standard Shipping; $8.00 per order per shipment if shipped by 3 Day; $10.00 per order per shipment if shipped by 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.

The shipping & handling rates may seem disproportionate for small orders since our prices are so low. With larger volume orders, the shipping & handling rates balance out with the price of merchandise.

* All refused or returned packages will be charged for shipping cost, and subject to 10% restocking fee.

Please send your order with money order or cashier's check and we will ship your order within two working days from date of receiving both your order and payment.

Please send your order and your check to us. We will send your package when your check is cleared. Normally it takes seven to ten working days to clear the check.

* We guarantee 30 days money back, less shipping & handling. No returns or any kind of exchange acceptable after 30 days.

* Returned merchandise must be in new, unused, unaltered, unprocessed original condition inside its original packaging.

* Special offers and quantity discount may be subject to reduction by a return or cancellation.

* Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

* For proper credit, please enclose your original invoice or shipping paper in the returned package. Shipping fee of returned package will be on customer's cost.

* Customer has 3 working days from the date of package delivery date to check the order content and report discrepancies and defects if any. We will only be responsible for order discrepancies and defects reported within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

* We are responsible for maximum 30 working days from the date order being placed for customers to claim lost packages.

* All the merchandise sent are deemed to be in good condition. Customer should contact us immediately if any defect found. We will not be responsible for any further loss caused by further processing done by customer such as washing, printing, heating, embroidery and etc.
