Tan's Club started in 1997 with this vision. We stood out with solid-color, high-quality cotton bandanas that have since established the standard for the industry. Although we could have remained in this spot, we sought to expand upon our success. That has led to a variety of sizes, material fabrications and functionalities.

Our oversized polyester paisley bandanas are a manifestation of this. On the surface, they appear traditional with their all-over pattern - a hallmark of this iconic accessory. But, once you get past this attribute, you'll find we expanded the size to offer more square inches and added moisture-wicking, quick-drying properties that help this solution succeed in the outdoors and on the job.

What is an Extra-Large Bandana?

Extra-large might seem a bit arbitrary. For some context, our standard-size bandanas measure 22 x 22 in. - ideal for a wide range of applications. Yet, when a customer wants more coverage or material, our oversized bandanas offer a step up with a 27 x 27 in. surface area.

Larger doesn't mean stretched out or distorted. We retain the same high-quality printing and construction for your specialized applications.

Polyester Construction

We acknowledge that bandanas have a wide range of uses. Although some might use them as accessories or to promote a brand, others seek them for the outdoors - hiking, camping, backpacking and motorcycle riding, to name some common scenarios - and for the job - be it to keep cool or to absorb perspiration during the work day.

For these purposes, our oversized paisley bandanas use 100% micro-polyester construction, which:

• Absorbs 10% more moisture, be it water or perspiration.
• Dries 30% faster than traditional cotton.
• Experiences less shrinkage from washing compared to single-sided cotton bandanas.
• Is more wrinkle resistant.
• Is ideal for embroidery, should you want to customize your bandana.
• Features a 50% higher thread count, resulting in a softer feel.
• Double-colors faster to maintain its appearance.

Other Specifications

In addition, we consider long-term use for our polyester bandanas. Each:

• Measures: 27" x 27", size tolerance: +/- 2".
• Includes four hem- or overlock-stitched edges.
• Features nearly double-sided printing.
• Just needs to be hand-washed in cold water.
• Is imported.
